Borrowers within Springfield of the WGBY Online Video Lending Library now have an option to picking up their loans. Through the cooperation of the Cooperating Libraries of Greater Springfield (CLGS), video loans will now be dropped off and picked up at branch libraries throughout the city.

To take full advantage of this new service, since many branches are operating limited hours, we suggest that you contact the branch library most convenient to you to determine their schedule. Then, on your next lending library order, please indicate to which branch you would like the order delivered.

Returns can be handled through the same branch, or you can bring them to our drop box, located on the loading dock behind our building at 44 Hampden St. (The loading dock is adjacent to the parking lot, accessible from East Columbus Avenue.)
