NOVA Labs is looking for teen advisors

NOVA is looking for teens to help guide the development of their new online research platform for students, NOVA Labs.

NOVA Labs Teen Advisors will provide feedback about the content, design, and usability of the Labs. Responsibilities include participating in surveys, online user testing, and sharing the Labs with peers. Time commitment is less than one hour per month, and after six months of participation teens will be recognized on the site. “This is a great opportunity for high school students interested in scientific research and adding STEM participation to their college resumes,” says NOVA’s Maiken Lilley. Teens interested in becoming a NOVA Labs Advisor should email NOVALabs@wgbh.org with 1-2 paragraphs about who they are and why they’d like to help. Applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

Teachers: please feel free to share this opportunity with your students.
