Would it surprise you to learn that, even though computer science is an in-demand skill, most schools fall short teaching  it — even the basics?  The staff at eSchoolNews reports in the April 8 issue that there will be about 1 million more U.S. jobs in the tech sector in the next decade than there are computer science graduates to fill them.  These statistics come from Code.org, a nonprofit launched last year to promote computer science in schools.  You can read more of the article.
