Early Technology Skills & Resources To Help Close Digital Divide

A recent eSchool News article by Managing Editor Laura Devaney looks at the important need to develop early technology skills to help close the digital divide and what can be done to meet this challenge.  In her article 5 steps to better early childhood tech use,

she sites a RAND Corporation report, Using Early Childhood Education to Bridge the Digital Divide, about the short and long term effects to children whose families lack access to digital technology and suggests basic steps to take in early education to counteract these effects.  Read more of her article.
