The Nature of Reality blog can be a great real-world resource for teachers and students — where questions are taken as seriously as answers and where physics is about much more than inclined planes and levers and pulleys.
While the blog doesn’t promise once and for all to answer the question, “What is the nature of reality?” it does promise a space that welcomes big ideas about space, time, and the universe. NOVA’s THE NATURE OF REALITY is comprised of columns written by leading physicists and science journalists and explores questions such as the origin of the universe, the merging of quantum mechanics with general relativity, and the nature of time and space. Over the next two years, the blog (now mobile-friendly) will focus on the developing fields of information theory, complexity theory, and the intersection of biology and physics.
