When WGBY’s Asparagus Festival returns June 1 for a full day of activities at the Hadley Town Common, there will be some bugs. These insect friends (along with glitter tattoos) will be there with Angela DiTerrlizi, author of the picture book entitled Some Bugs. The many activities for fun and learning include high fives from Curious George! While you can find additional information at WGBY’s website, here’s a list of many activities:
10am: Morning ‘Spearit’ Yoga with PBS program host and Yogi, Peggy Cappy
10am — 4pm: Free family festival with art & craft vendors; agricultural and food producers; children’s entertainment, including Curious George; all-day free movement classes from the Pilates Studio as well as Yoga, Zumba, and more
