I’ve already heard acclaim for Ken Burns’ newest — and what one reviewer called, best — documentary, THE ROOSEVELTS: An Intimate History, which premieres this Sunday, 9/14, on WGBY at 8pm and 10pm.  Content from the series will be available in both the Basic (free) and Custom versions of PBS LearningMedia.  The Basic service will feature six lesson plans complete with supplementary video clips from the series and the Custom service will also include all seven full-length, chaptered episodes. We anticipate that half of the lesson plans for THE ROOSEVELTS:  An Intimate History will be live later this week and the other half will go live at PBS LearningMedia the week after the premiere.
