Seussian Inspired Gingerbread Magic

gingerbread-2015You’ll find holiday magic this season on the second floor of the Springfield Science Museum where Seussian Holiday: Gingerbread Competition is casting its spell until January 3, 2016.   Inside this enchanted space, the scent of sugary gingerbread and the festive sounds of The Grinch Who Stole Christmas set the stage for fantastic gingerbread creations of all shapes and sizes by young and old.

For resources on Dr. Seuss, gingerbread, The Cat in the Hat and more,

you can search “Dr. Seuss” or “gingerbread” at PBS LearningMedia.  You’ll also find a suite of Cat in the Hat educational games at the PBS KIDS Lab.   And visiting PBS KIDS The Cat in the Hat website yields still more fun learning resources.
