Did you know that among its many resources, PBS LearningMedia also offers e-books?  One fascinating example for students is Engineering Is Saving the World with Cookstoves.  This e-book has videos, animations and interactive graphics that reveal the process that engineers used to create a new design for cookstoves in Darfur.
